The best time of day in the mountain valley where I live is at dusk. The light turns to this soft orange, burnishing everything a beautiful gold. The mountains to the east turn a vibrant pink, while the mountains to the west are a jagged black frame under gorgeous neon orange, pink, and purple sunsets. Then, just a short time later, the vibrancy leaves and the sky turns the softest, velvetiest deep blue you can imagine, and the stars start to shine. Everything looks beautiful in the dusky light, especially the horses in the corral. Even the dust rising around their feet glows. It's my favorite time of day to ride.

Definitely the time I finish work, I feel happy that I have done a good day's work and am one day closer to pay day! I love the fact that I am on my way home for an evening with my b/f and spend the time travelling home thinking about what we will do when I get home etc, I love that time of day.

Whatever time of day it is when it's starting to grow dusky outside, and I get pulled into a really nice hug by my signficant other...
and unfortunately, I'm single right now...
Sooooooo.... my favorite time of day is about 10 o'clock, because it is starting to get cool outside again and the moon has been really pretty the last couple of days, very bright.

You know that time in the middle of the night when you wake up and look over at the clock and you discover you still have several hours before you have to get up and you can go right back to sleep? That's mine!

Early, early in the a.m. Around 4 a.m. when it is still dark out and the birds start waking up and it gets light out. It is the most peaceful time of day.

I agree with others, quitting time from work is the best! It is especially good when it is 5 PM on Friday.
