Need suggestions for birthday gift...not my child a friend's daughter....electronics suggested but she already has digital camera and ipod.

wow shes 11 and she has that stuff? I was going to suggest a CD but if she has an ipod she wont really need that. hey I think you can get ipod download giftcards at walmart.
** also, if you have the money to spend on that kind of stuff, you can buy ipod accessories like this thing that transmits your songs over a radio station. It basically takes over a radio station and you play whatever you want off your ipod.

A gift card to a store that is cool enough for an 11 year old girl. That way, she has money and can get what ever she wants.

Gift certificates are always a safe bet - you can get her one from Macy's or Best Buy - both stores have tons of things she will like. Try asking your daughter what her friend is into if you actually wanted to get her a wrapped gift versus a gift card.

She's 11 she is becoming a young adult get her some lotions,shower gels, lip gloss and nail polish from Bath and Body works. They have a collection called American Girl she will love it I did the same thing for my little sister.

Mabye an outfit. Girls in sixth grade these days are really into clothes. Mabye abercrombie or a cute store like Delias. She might like that!
