for eyeshadow, any shimmery shadow will bring out your eyes. go for lighter colors such as lavender, taupe, or light pink.
for blush, depending on your exact skin tone, i bet either a peach color or light pink would look great!
for lips, light pink lip gloss is always great.
no matter what make sure you feel confident with your makeup choices, and it's ok to experiment! :)

coming from a person with dark brown hair and dark brown eyes and a yellowish base tone for skin i find these to be the best colors
Eyes-
A dark brown eyeliner and some natural browns, they match everything and especially if you get the kind that come with different colors and one or two have a slight shimmer to them.

Cheeks-
I'd go with a nice subtle pink not to over to top, just lightly on the cheek bone.

Lips-
since you have such dark hair and eyes dont be afraid to go bold!!

Medium Skin

Eyes – Deep matte earth tones like green, dark grey, beige and brown will make you look gorgeous.
Cheeks – Coral and plum are great and bronzing powder gently dusted over your cheeks, forehead and nose will give you a gorgeous sun-kissed glow.
Lashes – Brown/black or black is best.
Lips – Your skin tone is very versatile and if you’re a brunette you’ll look great in loads of shades of lippie from pink to red. Don’t dare scrimp on the lip gloss for a perfect pout.

Warm tones (browns, yellows, oranges, black), and use your metals (Golds, Copper, Silver)- Plus black liquid eyeliner on on the the top lids looks GREAT on an asian face :) Try to stick with red/pink tinted glosses- or nude lipstick.
Both combined looks great!

Peachy/pinks for blush - When using a bronzer try a pinkish tone.

Don't wear any make-up at all ,a good clean face looks so much than the painted face (slutty look) does , think of how J. Baker's wife looks on TV, then go natural, be your own beautiful self
