If his new house is anything like his questions, in other words "with a sense of surprise, irony, or originality, bizarre, humorous or shocking, but always unique" - that would define it as postmodern, and so he would be a PoMoHoMo.
Anyway, congratulations. That's great. I recently became a home owner myself (or part-owner) and it feels great.

I would never call Monitor a homo no matter what. But I would get him a house warming gift....
