3 servings of dairy a day (i recommend yogurt) and no carbs after 1p. Concentrate on core exercises. Anything that requires balancing yourself will work out the stomach or "core" muscles. Running until u think u r going to die and then doing 7 different styles of crunches (1 min a piece)

Any time you want to "lose" anything you'll have to get some kind of moving exercise to do it. There are alot of great dvd's out there online now that you could use at home.
What is your eating like? Are you snacking at nite? Stay away from these foods, cut them in half, or eliminate them and just have them once a week, as these go right to the stomach area: cheeses, greasy fried foods, fast foods, soft drinks. Add into your day: fruits that you like and veggies .
Your output has to be more than your input and then you will lose. Crunches will tone the muscles underneath, but won't lose the fat on top, only exercise will do this.

you just need to tone up a bit. Try getting one of those big medicine balls and sit on it when you are on the computer and watching tv. You have to balance a little and it works out your abs without doing much. Do crunches and all that stuff, too.

crunches alone won't help, you have to do them and also do cardio workouts to burn body fat...crunches will tone your abs, but you won't be able to show them off if you've got fat covering them...
