i juts want to create a few web pages and post it on net and i dont know how can i do so

There are 2 issues involved here... one is to make a website for free... for that you can use s/w like MS Frontpage, MS Word, Macromedia Dreamweaver (if you dont know how to work with HTML.. even if you know these software are good option)...
The second issue is about hosting these web pages... then there are many website which give free web hosting.. a simple web search will yield lot of them.

I would suggest using one of the many web hosts. There are some out there that are FREE.
Personally, I use Freewebs.com for my web page publishing.
There are others, but I prefer this one.
