So, 86 piano tuning businesses, 96 piano sellers and renters, 17 piano, organ or harpsichord makers and 44 moving companies specialized on pianos.

It looks like, yes, there is a market. :-)

Now, you may want to give a call to a couple of piano schools and piano shops in Paris to ask them if the piano tuning specialists are very busy.
