Go to any party or costume store. Pary City is really nice. They are located all over the place.

If you are truly looking for good quality face paint and money is not the object then you will want to try Paradise or Mehron brand paints. Snazaroo are also decent., but Paradise are the safest for your skin. I paint faces and use these paints and have not had a reaction. They also stay on the face bright, do not cake and peel once applied, and cause no skin reactions. They are made with Chamomile and aloe. You can find these and a number of good brands on www.sillyfarm.com. Other brands....Ben Nye....Krylon.....Snazaroo....
Just look on the web..........

A store that sells theatre makeup.

Also try Alcone Beauty in Chelsea, NY and Ben Nye. You can Google both for their web sites.
