Sometimes I like to go read stuff on www.snopes.com. It's an Urban Legend, myth-busting site with all kinds of stories and stuff on it. A nice place to kill a couple hours with aimless browsing. It's also a great place to go search for whether or not all the stuff people send you is true or not. You'd be surprised...most of the emails circulating with "Fwd: Fwd: Fwd: FWD:" in front of the subject line, are COMPLETE male bovine excrement.
If you wanna get gory, try www.rotten.com, but that's pretty brutal. If you're not into the Yuck-Factor, you might wanna forego this one. But I think there's a cool section on there with stuff like Celebrity Mug Shots, so you can go look and see what tickles your fancy. Good luck!
