I thought at first it might have been Crazy People with Dudley Moore (if you liked Dream Team, you'll probably like this one, too!) but the movie to which you refer is definitely Dream Team.

It is indeed the Dream Team.
I just saw it for the first time yesterday, and I must say, it was awful.
