When the baby is in the womb the babies legs don't have to be together. It just depends on how the baby is wanting to lay. I know that with my first nephew he was spread eagle and not shy to show us he was a boy. The next one wasn't so forth coming. It took a couple ultrasounds to see that he was a boy. So it all depends on the baby, and the positioning of the way he/she is laying. Sometimes the nurses can push and poke at the baby to make it move so you can see what it is!

How ever the baby is positioned in your body is how the picture is going to come out. The baby moves, so theres no right way for the picture to turn out.
