There's good and bad music in all genres. Of the three you mention, Country has been around the longest - although finding the good music often means you have to stick an alt- in front of it!

My faves are Rock and Reggae
But I also like some Country, metal, old R&B, etc.
I don't consider rap to be music though and all the new stuuf that's meant to be pop or alternative isn't very good.
