well its pretty risky thing to do have a professional do it I lost a 124$ motherboard because I wanted to update the bios

Why do you need a BIOS update?... it's really only something you'd do as a last resort.

from the manufacturer. Check the spelling of american megatrens. I believe it should megatrends and their website is www.ami.com
