Start playing at many public places (bars, festivals, parties) so that you get experience dealing with live audiences, find yourself a good agent, record a demo with a selling tune and fight for a record deal.

well...... start auditioning for gigs , um........... start performing at local bars, resturants, fairs, parties, etc. I really hope you make it big because you sound like you are a hard worker trying to make it big.... never give up on your dream!!!!!!!! maybe american idol.... kidding but i belive in you so if you put your mind to it, you can do it !!!!!!!! I agree you need to get your name out there in your city/town. Become a local name and slowly but surely your name will get out and make it big. Good luck!
