Why is there bad blood between Juventus and Fiorentina?

It is not as if they are near-neighbours or anything. I was once told that the animosity stems from the last day of the 1982 championship season. Fiorentina were in line to win 'lo Scudetto' but Juventus had bribed a referee or something, and that particular match official awarded them a match-winning penalty.
