There are programs that can take a song and beat map it and break it up into segments that you can re-arrange. Try Magix they have a program that can do it and it's not to expensive (under $100)

you need some software that will let you mix channels. There are TONS out there, and even some free or shareware stuff. You'll just have to search for some software that will do that. Some better than others.

there are programs you can download, but to do this yourself and make it sound good you have to know a lot about sound
