If you want to sell them to individuals try selling on eBay. If you want to just sell them and get the money try a cell phone store or a pawn shop. They both buy used cell phones around here at least. Also, you might consider donating them. Our power company takes cell phones and has them fixed for battered women to carry in case they have an emergency. I'm not positive what the details are, but you could check your area for that type of service. If your area doesn't have something like that here is the information for our power company:
Gulf Power Company
One Energy Place
Pensacola, FL 32520
850/444-6111

www.UpgradeSwap.com is the best place to sell your used phone because they don't charge seller fees and the prices buyers pay are market value as opposed to trade-in value which is what many companies pay and can be up to $150 lower than the phone is worth.

People also sell their phones and tablets on there with the prices being lower than leading competitors. It's all because they only don't buy and resell your device so in the end both buyers and sellers benefit.

if the phones are not GPS compatible, you may not have much luck in selling them. Companies are not supposed to activate these anymore, but you can always put in there that they are good phones for extra parts!
