in my opinion i think that guy ( i forget the name) in X-Men Last stand Wolverine would be good what do you think?

I do believe that a Halo film is already in the works, the contract has been signed anyway.

YES! Peter Jackson is producing it. He is the director of King Kong and the Lord of the Rings movies. Right now he is busy with making the movie version of the book The Lovely Bones (its a drama). The film was supposed to have come out in 2007, but right now it is pushed back to 2008. So far, a director has not been assigned, and a cast has not been assigned either.

im not sure whether this would make a good movie or not but i think the actor you are referring to is hugh jackman
personally i could see the rock in the role as halo ifs its live action
