Some people are just so clueless, talking and arguing with people that are uneducated, is aggrevating, frustrating, and waste of time. It makes me angry when they actually argue about something they dont even know. People before dicussing a problem do some research don't be bias.

The news media is about the worst source there is for real news. Books are probably next in line since the author usually has an ax to grind or a view point to get across. News feeds on the other hand, before they have chopped into 30 second segments and the talking heads tell you what they think you want to know are good sources. So is the internet.

Unfortunately, we are developing a 15-second sound bite mentality. We see snatches of things on TV and assume that what we have seen covers the topic completely. It doesn't, and you are absolutely correct when you say people need to read more books and get more background before they can make intelligent comments.
