Depending on your area, in my city, our local paper advertises the houses for rent and sometimes in that section there are websites listed under the ads for a wider selection of rental homes. So check out the property for rent section of your local paper.

Try http://www.realtor.com and click on rentals. You can narrow down your search and only see homes that are exactly what you want.
