I would ride my bike home in the rain, very carefully. You should find a plastic bag to put on your back because there will be a line of dirt/water running from the seat to your head when riding in the rain. It can actually be a bit exhilerating...
I certainly would not trust my bike anywhere even with a lock. Two of my bikes have been stolen.

I would catch a ride home from someone and put my bike in the walk in frig. Or if I was really worried about an employee taking my bike I would just ride it home and be happy that I did.

Ride on home in the rain. Besides some rust in your bike, what else would go wrong?

How expensive are the clothes you are wearing?
If it's a walmart job, take the bike, save your money. Unless you'll catch a cold. I guess temperature is a factor.
If you are in good job where you have to dress up, prolly better to take the cab.

I would wonder why I dind't listen to the weather report and have a raincoat with me.
Because I didn't have a raincoat at work, I would ride home in the rain.

It depends how far away it is and the neighborhood. If it's far away and a bad neighborhood I would take a cab. If not why not ride your bike? Water doesn't hurt.
