coverage follows the motorized vehicle. Your buddy grow to be with you, so that you had permissive use topersistent his vehicle. the issue is that the different guy sponsored into you, vs you rear ending him, which likely the different guy is pointing out. Does your buddy have collision coverage? if so, they restoration his vehicle and then go after the different motive force. IF, the witnesses are on your vehicle, then they are ineffective and biased. you want a witness that isn't inquisitive about this coincidence in both automobiles. yet, IF, different corporation disputing backing, then, they'll go after your associates coverage corporation for repayment of their damages. So, then your associates coverage will prefer to get entangled and deny the declare to the different corporation.

Okay, if the boyfriend was driving and a death is involved I think that it is pretty standard to run an alcohol, drug, and toxicology screen. If this wasn't done then you could call the local district attorneys office and tell them what you know. Unless; of course you are afraid for your safety. Listen...you can't live with this it will drive you crazy...you owe that to your friend.

i'd hate to say it and i'm sorry for your loss but even if you did tell the police and they belived you there isn't much they can do because there probly isn't much proof if you can prove that he was high and him being high is what caused the accident then there is something the police can do about it.

Maybe you aren't telling the right people. Have you gone to the police? You can't change what happened to your friend, but you just may be able to save someone else's life. Don't give up until you get to the right person.

I find that hard to believe since the police normally run tests on the driver and the a toxicology report is done on anyone that didn't survive.
Why won't they believe you, who are you telling.
Tell your friends parents, the police.

If an autopsy is performed they will find traces of whatever drug was in his system at the time of the accident.

Who doesn't believe you? Her parents? Him? You should tell the police and let them investigate.
