I love a big vicotory. Can we have a party?
What I don't understand is how exactly conservatives can consider this a big vicotory. Think of it this way. You are the CEO of a large company. Underneath you are 20 vice presidents. One of them dies. Does the company suddenly go bankrupt, or do you fill the position and continue on? How exactly is killing one of the "vice presidents" going to stop the "company"? Reality check. It's not. If we maybe put a little more effort into killing the CEO (that's you in this example), maybe we'd be able to get the company to fold. Killing an underling, while somewhat satisfying, does little to disrupt to overall organization. I will wager that there is already a replacement in place.
One quote before I head off to my "vicotory party":
"There are a thousand hacking at the branches of evil to one who is striking at the root" - Henry David Thoreau

Are you asking if it was a big vicotory? I love big Vicotories too! I can tell who you voted for just by the intelligence you've shown in writing your question. I wasn't aware that capturing the WRONG lead terrorist was a vicotory for the president? Not a vicotory for the victims families of 9-11? Oh, that's right, Bin Laden was the guy behind 9-11, so this vicotory is just for the Prezident or is that Pressident? Horray for Vicotory! Hmmm, what's that blue writing there that says C h e c k S p e l l i n g...I dunno.

Bush didn't push the button, Bush didn't find him, Bush didn't even approve the strike (he didn't need to), so no.
It is a victory for the brave men and women who struggle to survive this stupid, pointless war, though it is a hollow one. As of this writing 20 more people have died in suicide bombings since his death. The machine Zaqwari built will live on long after he's gone.

How is this a victory for Bush? It is a victory for our country. I am so sick of you people who keep trying to divide Americans. I am a loyal American. I am a liberal. I will vote Dem. in Nov. My son is in Iraq.

That is what you think. Bush is never happy so he may be doing his little victory dance today, but how many innocent people have died in order to do this proud victory dance of his? How many more are going to die until Bush is satisfied? Several.............

Only way I would agree with you is if the President did it himself. But he didn't.

... it's too bad zarqawi had nothing to do with 9-11 and didn't join up with Osama until after we went into Iraq...
but yes, it's good... but Osama's the one that killed 3,000... it doesn't make us any safer here in the U.S.
