does any one eles have any ideals and not pop up blocker dont do it cause these darn things are not popups they are emails sent to my email address and I dont like them Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp

If you are receiving the stuff through your e-mail, that is called SPAM. Spam is any unwanted e-mail. Without knowing what e-mail system you use, I can not be specific, but there should be an option that lets you block e-mail from people ot domains that you do not want to receive. Often you can click on the e-mail itself and mark it as spam, and then it will be blocked in the future.
If the e-mail spam is overwhelming, and you are using a free account like yahoo, just abandon that account and create a new. And be careful about who you give the new account to in the future.

Netdog crashe dmy computer the other day, be careful!!!! you can block them through internet options in IE!!!
