1000$ isnt much when it comes to clothing. but this money is for my next back to school year! i really would like some tips on buying quality for cheap. a little help?

Huh? Not enough?!? Take your money and shop at Old Navy or maybe just go to your local mall (not the one with the stores like Gucci but stores like Tello's). I told you some more advice via email.

Go to H&M. Its a great store with awesome clothes at reasonable prices. Check them out on the web.

Go to bargain stores and if that's not for you go to Aeropostale, Abercrombie, American Eagle, Macy's, Old Navy!
