Most colleges need to your GPA from the community college and the scores from your SAT or ACT test you took in high school. If you did not take either, find out which one the college you are applying to prefers and take it.

At the college I attend, you do not have to. Look at the website of the college you want to transfer to. It should tell you.

no usually you have to take a comp test it's a placement test.
