Tricky to do...if both of you want a marriage anulled, then both have to do some serious side stepping...as to NOT having had sex after the wedding, etc. You will have to talk to a lawyer about this...but if it is contested, forget about an annulment...won't happen.

You must not have consumated the marriage, and it must be within a certain amount of time, can't remember exact amount tho.
