I am joining the Army and I am shipping out to Basic on the 13th but they are going to weigh me on the 12th if I am not under 194 or less I wont be able to ship out and I will have to wait another 25 days!!! someone please help me and give me advice on how to lose 8 lbs. in 4 days or less!!!!

all i can say is fast, dont eat anything and use diuretics and laxitives. Its not safe, but its the only way I know of. Good luck.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Fasting. Eat nothing at all for the 4 days. Drink lots of water. Then pig out, after weigh in time. Only way. if you are close to the weight, but not there yet, take a laxative, that should help you lose at least 4 pounds.

I can help you lose weight how much I am not sure it depends on you, however it is said that you should not lose more than 2 lbs per week b/c it can hurt your organs. But let us see if we can help

don't listn to that girl don't fast that adds weight eat apples four a day smaller meals no fast food run i mean run your *** off run till you throw up i'm a wrestler i always have to lost weight i know

Putting on sweat-pants, sweat shirts, and a beanie. Run around, sweat a lot, and spit as often as you can. avoid drinking water or any other liquids. Only drink it when necessary. Its dangerous, but can work..

Don't eat! Put yourself on very strict diet. You can easily namage four days.

drink water, eat lettuce. both fill you up, and don't add weight.
