When you sign up for Yahoo Answers, you automatically agree to Yahoo's Terms of Service. To access these terms go to Community Guidelines, click on Terms of Service. You will find a listing of all the reasons you can be kicked off the site. There are some major no-no's listed. For violations of those, I think it is just once. Others, I think they try to figure it's a lapse in judgment and if you are a repeat offender. Interesting reading.

I think getting kicked off is not so much about the number of reports, but what the reports are for. The decision to suspend an account belongs to yahoo. If they see two or three reports for something really really offensive, they are more likely to suspend that person faster then someone with more reports for minor things.

Not enough! There are too many pigs on here saying things that are very inappropriate for even adults to be reading... When it's obvious that young teenagers are on here.

I just read what this "Twin" person is putting and she is just an ignorant girl, don't let it get to you. I'm sure you are better than that! People like her only make themselves look stupid and kicking her off won't do anything b/c then she'll probably just make up another name to get back on here and try to get at you. F* the dumb ****! She'll get hers one day... they always do!

Just reporting someone does'nt get him/her kicked off. The complaint is analysed by looking at the records and if justified then only is the user barred.

Anyways... fake reporting is also abuse so you just keep on at it... you might get your exact answer sooner than later

I don't know, but I know there are a few that I wish would get booted indefinitely. You know the ones that talk about having sex with babies and children? I don't like that kind of talk, and it makes me mad that they are allowed to do that unless someone reports them, but it goes thru until people report them.

Don't you realise you are just giving her more critablitiy by trying this. Who cares how she feels, we all have our own opinions and free speach is an American right. Who cares, you shouldn't...just drop it. I do know that yahoo will cancel someone's account if they truely violate the terms of service, pissing you off doesn't violate those terms. Please find it in yourself to forget about her and move forward in your life. Best wishes

I don't know how many points it can take to remove someone, but I do know that if they get reported repeatedly, yahoo answers will find remove them and delete their account where they will have to start over again.

At the bottom of the page is a tell us what you think link, click on that and tell Yahoo what's going on. I did it when someone was calling people ni**ers and kike, Yahoo removed him within an hour.

I'm not sure. Who are you trying to kick off? Maybe if there are enough complaints about that person, Yahoo will delete his/her account.

actually it can only take one, that is if it is offensive enough. if it needs a really long review, then it will take more.

general rule, the more complaints, the faster the person gets kicked off.
