You wouldn't believe how well-protected your baby is in there!
Don't waste time worrying, but do call your doctor and satisfy yourself that everything is A-okay.

Not a nurse but a paramedic, call your doctor or insurance's nurse on call. Tell them the situation and they will probably tell you it's early in your pregnancy and the embryo is very small and protected by many layers of fluid. Also if you look at the position of the embryo, it is between you pelvic bones, in a nice, comfy sac, unless you start bleeding or having severe cramps you should just call the nurse on call at the doctor's office. Good Luck!

I recently read that during the first trimester, your baby is so small and your uterus is still so thick around the baby and completely surrounded by your pelvis that it's nearly impossible to injure the baby by falling.
I would personally be freaking out (i'm about 5 weeks along) and would have gone to the emergency room by now.

I am not a doctor or a nurse, but if something fell heavily on your abdomen, you better go to your gyn and get yourself checked out. No one can tall you without examining you if your unborn got harmed except for a physician.

I hope that everything is ok, babies usually survive such tumbles because at 7 weeks the baby is a little bigger than a quarter. if you haven't had any abnormal symptoms then you probably are ok, just go to the doctor to double check... in a coupe more weeks, u'll be able to hear his/her heartbeat.

Go to the ER....they wil see you ASAP and see if there is anything wrong with the baby. If you are spotting or bleeding then you REALLY need to go to the ER. Doctors cant prevent miscarriages, they can onl diagnose them
