I want to see who has been in the most plays to see if i have done more.

If someone tells you that they have been in more plays than you have, how do you know that they are being truthful? They might just say it to try and compete with you.

Are we counting just plays? Or Musicals and theatre in general?

You've done more than me. I've been in at least the chorus of any play (Christmas play, spring musical thingy) from K-8th grade (except 7th). In a couple of them I actually had speaking parts (like in 8th grade we did the "Wizard of Oz" with a few changes to the story for the stage version and I was the wicked witch's cousin that rode a vacuum cleaner instead of a broomstick lol), but mostly I was okay with being one of the singers. I even got to work the lighting for our Spring play in 6th grade b/c it was a really awesome and complex lighting scheme and I would rather do that than sing any day. :)
I was not part of the drama group in hs, and my university didn't have a drama dept. so needless to say it's been 10 years at least since I've done a play

I've been in 12 plays, 3 musicals, 4 one acts, stage managed 4, directed 3, and designed 1. So, putting those together it equals 27.

about 15 plays through school and amature theatre and I've been background in over 40 films and tv shows (combined).
22 plays is a solid footing for a career...keep up the good work.

I've only been in 2 official plays, "Twelve Dancing Princesses" as a lady-in-waiting and "Fiddler On the Roof" as a villager. I have been in a couple of roadshows in a church setting, one of which I wrote. I have written one musical, two melodramas, one roadshow, a skit entirely in Spanish, one play for mystery dinner theater, and I'm hoping to write another one this summer. So you are way ahead of me in the acting department - but I guess I am ahead of you in the writing department.

You're question made me curious, so I went back and counted. Since 1975, I've been in 78 different productions...almost all as a hobby and amateur.
