http://finance.yahoo.com is where you can find anything you want to know about a publicly traded corporation. Also you can check the company's website just go to the investor relations part of the site.

Generally, I would say the website may be easiest and cheapest (free). Otherwise, you can try Hoovers free database, or some fee based ones like Lexis.
