After all, there have been no attacks on our soil since 911, Hussein was captured nearly 3 years ago, Quadaffi voluntarily gave up his weapons, Zarqawi was killed yesterday and Osama can't be too far behind...and it looks as those those "Crazy Iranians " are now more than willing to talk about abandoning their quest for nuclear weapons.

Aww, to be an old and ignorant neo-fascist! What part of the insurgents aren't going anywhere do you not understand? Do you think killing Zarqawi actually accomplished anything? NO. Not a damn thing. There will be another 50 guys to take his place next week. That puppet government that the US installed has zero credibility and is going to overrun by religious fanatics once the Iraqi Civil War really heats up. The Iranians aren't exactly backing down. Qaddafi is just telling the Americans what they want to hear. Saddam Hussein is a piece of crap who deserves to hang but that court is completely illegitimate.
And you think Bush and his cronies have actually accomplished anything? Are you high? They have made America the most hated country since Germany in the 40s.
But since you live in a dream world where your neo-fascist heroes can do no wrong, just do this, go in the other room turn on Fox News and talk to the walls. No one wants to hear your regurgitated propaganda. Even the conservatives are sick of the bullshit.
Oh, I forgot to mention. Afghanistan is still a hell hole. The US has done nothing to help the people there. They just installed Karzai to run the Opium trade and the Taliban should be back in power soon enough. Very effective war strategy you have there.

All we've accomplished is loss of constitutional rights in the name of terrorism. Gotten a lot of people killed. Both American and others. Soon the number of troops killed will exceed the number of people killed in 9/11. There will be another terrorist attack on this country. It just hasn't happened yet. Two attacks have occurred on this country's soil from outside the US. Pearl Harbor and 9/11. 60 years separated those attacks. Just because we haven't been attacked since 2001 is no indication that the "war on terror" is a success.

Personally, I don't worry about the war on terror because Prez Bush and his goons have everything under control. I have complete confidence that Mr. Bush is fully capable of saving us all from the horrible monster we all know as terror.

Really, "War on Terror" is a bunch of crap. They are accomplishing nothing thru capturing and killing people. It makes them no better than the 'terrorists' themselves.
I like to think that education and an understanding of equality are all it really takes to combat ignorance, hate and injustice.

In response to that girl May....education??? understanding??? What, should we have taken Al Zarkawi to school and taught him tolerance and understanding??? Had some milk and cookies with him while we discuss what we could both do to make the world a better place??? Please get out of your little happy world and into reality girl!! You can't reason with demented minds like the ones we're dealing with.

They will continue to say that we have accomplished nothing until we get a Democrat in the White House. Bush isn't wrong because he is wrong. He is wrong because he is Bush (redneck, hick, Christian, believes in the power of freedom, thinks that people are competent enough so that they don't need the elites to run their lives, etc.)

ksowder63-
I think that we are finally getting around to actually cutting the head off the snake! with two down and one to go! The ground commanders and forces that have done a remarkable job in these last five years, not counting the smack down we gave Al-quada in the Philippines & Indonesia are finally learning how to fight these bastards. I say excelent Job!
