Why don't we ever hear about the Iracians getting killed by their own roadside bombs? Why is it ALWAYS US?

You do hear about it. The reported death tolls are almost always higher for Iraqis than for U.S. or coalition personnel. (But it's not "their own roadside bombs." The people who set the bombs are not usually killed by them. It's Iraqi civilians or police who are usually killed.)
