i found a turtel nest the eggs eaten. but i dug a little more and there where 9 eggs ok. i brought them home and barried them. i think they are snappers from the size of the hole.i was wondring if i should make a inkubatter.

No, they will not likely hatch.. I would return them to where the nest was, since that nest contains the right temp. Just burrying them will no produce the correct humidity and temp. Keep them from jostled as much as you can when you return them. As well, keep them right side up, if you know the right side. If not, it may still be OK.

It does sound like a snappng turtle nest, since it has been raided and there are 9 eggs left still. Snappers lay over 20 eggs in a nest. Are the eggs spherical and slight smaller than a ping-pong ball?

If you disagree, you can build an incubator. The thing is please release the turtles when they hatch. Here is a link for making a reptile incubator:

It's great that you wanted to help. You might have killed them when you dug them up though. It's better to leave that stuff alone if you don't know what you're doing. Just put them back in the hole that you found them in and cover them back up. If you're luck they might be ok. Best of luck.
