Other than kegal excersizes. Stop having so much Sex - I'm not joking, it should get tighter naturally.

For crying out loud, ignore the people that tell you to stick mixtures (solutions) in there. You don't want to get a freakin bacterial infection!

Yes. The vagina can be tightened without surgery. There is an exercise called kegals that can be done in order to achieve results. It is very easy to do. This exercise can be done virtually anywhere. You can do the kegal exercise when you are sitting in the car, in front of the computer, or where ever you may be. I am not to sure how others will react when seeing you do this in public. But the exercise is simple. The best place to practice is when you are urinating. Try to stop the flow by tightening your buttocks. If you can completely pause the stream you are good to go, if not- you have some work to do. The vagina is one big muscle. Just work it out with the kegals and do the pee test to determine progress.

I notice a lot of people wrote Kegal exercises as a viable option without defining it. Basically, the Kegal muscle is the muscle that contracts when you get an orgasm or when you hold in your pee. Hold in your pee one time for a little while and you can feel it. Both men and women have this muscle. Contracting it involves a "kind of" tightening of the butt muscles too. Also, if you want your vagina to get tighter, stop having sex for a little while, like a month.

Kegel Exercises:

A kegel is the name of a pelvic floor exercise, named after Dr. Kegel who discovered the exercise. These muscles are attached to the pelvic bone and act like a hammock, holding in your pelvic organs. To try and isolate these muscles trying stopping and starting the flow of urine.
