She sounds very uncaring to tell you 'she will leave you when she is ready'. You should leave her since she left the marriage and was unfaithful. You should also leave before she gives you an STD.

I would tell her to hit the road and not look back.

Go to counseling and therapy and see what they have to say to you. If she wants out let her go as you have biblical grounds for divorce here.
