What is the film called? Bugging Me Big Time!?

OK new film came out last year was quicktime as a trailer maybe as not come out yet, but the cover of the film was a man standing in the darkeness with a jeepers creepers type hat on you cant make him out but he is some sort of boogie man or spirtit brought back from the dead its a horror buy the way, its about a bunch of kids and this guy chasing them, and there is a gay charater if I remeber right as there was alot of fuss about it, came 2005 maybe early 2006, any ideas searched imdb and quicktime cant find it, HELP!!!!!

No name few for me it was not a big hipe on this film but come on gay guy in a horrer thats got to filter it out,
