Who in the heck said to go to the CN TOWER??? Boring, I think.
Alright here's what.... First of all make a decision about transportation. I think you'd be best to take a train and go somewhere else. Take, for instance, a train to Oakville, then a bus to Hamilton with a girlfriend. then, head to Hess Village for a simple night out among the stars. You can listen to music, pick up, or just generally hang out!
Then, decide on your next destination, say "Windsor". Get on a bus, take it and sleep on it. When you get to the station head down to the docks and lay out on the grassy knoll. You can catch up on your sleep if you are so inclined.
Then, spend the day surfing around Ottawa Ave which is very different from Queen. From Ottawa street, get back to downtown, book a room and get ready for a wild night. Windsor rocks at night. Book a hotel to come home to write its addy in permanent marker on your arm. In fact, write your own name on your arm as well.
If you want to branch out, or have a car already, you can cross to Mexican town for some good gnosh. There are some very cool clubs in Detroit, but only if you are with a group.
After your wild border hopping night you can take a bus/ drive up to Grand Bend for a beach day. You can also go to the track and watch people racing 1/4 mile, if you like fast. You can even jump out of an airplane in tandem.
I warn you, from Grand Bend you might have a hard time getting back to Toronto, but if you are at the track you can easily hitch a ride back to London on Sunday night.
now, that sounds like fun. I better get going and beat you there

The Toronto Zoo is lots of fun. It has indoor and outdoor pavilions,
and is open year round.
Toronto has a really cool underground shopping centre/ walk way that goes from Union station all the way past the Eaton centre! It is filled with stores, restaurants and food courts as well as being connected to the subway so really easy to go to a new local! Just ask any concierge in any downtown hotel and they aught to be able to give you a map so you don't get lost, or if you want to get lost, you can keep an eye for the markings on the ceiling! They will tell you what direction you are going - north, south etc...
Queens Quay is a nice walk as well. They have a building that you can watch hand blown glass, jewelry making, view art. Right next door to that is the ferry to Toronto Island - go explore.
ROM if you like museums - The list goes on and on and on... Good luck!

If the weather is nice, take the ferry out to the Toronto Islands. They are series of tiny islands with beaches, beautiful parks, and you can rent a canoe, or bikes, to travel around the islands.
There is the Royal Ontario Museum if you're into history - it's huge.
If you like shopping, try just walking up Bloor St in the Yorkville area - very high end stores and such a nice neighborhood for sightseeing.
Of course there's the CN tower but I think it's way over-rated - expensive and not much to it.
The Toronto Zoo is awesome for a day trip!

You can't do GTA in a weekend. There is something always going on at the Yonge/Dundas Square. Then you have City Hall, Chinatown, Eaton Center, you have the CN tower to explore (ride to the top and take a look down) , Kensington Market, and Yorkville (where you might see a star). All these are easily obtainable by taking the Yonge Subway and a little walking.
Have Fun.

for lots or almost too much info! Enjoy! (Isn't Toronto the greatest city in the world?)
