Hello. This is a very important question. I would suggest waiting until his radiator has reached its maximum temperature, then preparing a concoction of fish guts, garlic, bong water, and urine, then when he is not in his office, pour it all over his radiator. Heat seems to make a pungent odor diffuse through the air more thoroughly. If his heating system is not hydronic, just dump it on his wall and let it dry.

probably some stink bombs.. u can always find them in a joke shop. or u can spray pepper spray in ur boss' office. it'll drive everyone out of the building.. so.. lol u wont have to work on that day
