they be shoting each other thats why i ask that because my brother got shot on the 1 of june therefore they need to stop all of this killing before somre one get hurt.but theyn will say they did not maen to but it will be from guns

because that is when everyone knows that everyone will be outside for the simple fact that everyone has basically the same agenda if you a guy you checking out the females pass by on th corner and if you a female you checking out the hot bod of some dude so everyone knows that when it gets hot that people start coming out
sorry to hear about your brother and then again some people if they cant get the person they want then they get someone close to them and sometimes the innocent bystander gets the raft of something that wasnt meant for them

because some people dont wanna get darker or maybe just might not be in the mood for hot weather or dont feel like sweating or something. see me, i wanna be relaxed with the soft moist texture skin and not have that ol' wet skin.

Maybe not drinking enough water. When its hot out...it kinda makes people moods more irritable..heat can make us grouchy.Especially heat with humidity..not cozy! So..I can see how people become crazy n grouchy.
