My boyfriends best friend died in a car wreck yesterday the night before my boyfriend was in a car wreck and the paramedics told him he's lucky to be alive.

Wow! First of all, he´s damn lucky to be alive. I know this is a very difficult time for your boyfriend (and for you as well). Make him feel like you´re there with him, supporting him, comforting him when he needs you the most.

He might experience different feelings - he´ll feel incredibly lucky because he´s alive, he´ll also feel guilty because HE´s alive and his friend died. But above all, it´s important to make him feel loved and understood. You have a tough situation to handle, Teddy Bear, but I´m sure you and your boyfriend will pull through it just fine. It´s all a matter of time. Good luck to both.

Your boyfriend is going thought alot right now and it's going to take time but he will never get over losing his friend. The best thing to is be there for him whenever he needs you but don't over to because this might make him if yu ask how he is feeling. When he is ready to talk about what and what he is feeling he will come to you and when that happens just listen to him and try to understand what he is feeling even thought you really can't.

Just comfort him and listen to him. Just knowing there is still someone there for him is all that he ever going to need. Just let him know you're still there for him any time he needs you. That's about all you can do. Death takes a really long time to get over, but with your support, it'll just make it all easier to deal with. HOPE THIS HELPS!!!!!!!!

Sorry for the loss..the best thing you can do is be there for him and understand how he feels..if he tends to snap at you or tell you he just wants to be alone..understand him and don't feel like he is pushing you away..Let him know that you love him and that you are there for him whenever he needs you..

Listen. There is really nothing you can say to someone in these situations. Actions speak louder than words anyway. Ask him how he feels and just let him talk,cry,scream..whatever.
