Janitors can say my job is s*it he should be paid more that most of people in the working building cleaning up after people lowering himself to it and putting up with people looking down on him.

Think about it......How would you like to clean up after people all the time? If he's a good worker than yes, he deserves a raise. I also doubt that you own your own business, because if you really had that kind of attitude about your employees you would go bankrupt!

He deserves a raise if he is agood worker, not to mention that the prices on everything are going up. I am sure that if the shoe was on the other foot you would want a raise. I thank God that you are not my boss
