What did you do for fun as a kid?

Play with Barbie/G.I. Joe, play outside, play dress up? Something else entirely?

Built a gigantic Ape City with my friend, complete with a statue of the Lawgiver, and cages for all the humans (G.I. Joes). Made insulated tinfoil suit for my G.I. Joe and burned him in the barbecue, thus ending his career as stuntman. Made a styrofoam spaceship in my room and blew it up while filming the results (and nearly burning the house down). Made numerous stop-motion super 8 films of dinosaurs. Dug fifteen-foot hole in the backyard and received a visit from the local bylaw enforcement officer who made us fill it in again. At the age of eight I sneaked out of the house so I could go downtown with my friend to see the all-night "Go Ape" film festival at the Roxy Cinema - which was all the Planet of the Apes films run sequentially. Nobody even asked what we doing on the streets at that hour. Good times.

Mostly played with barbies but I LOVED to dress up! I still do. LOL I played with barbies all the time until I was about 12 years old.

I went outside and played. I grew up in the beginning of the video game generation so do something like that was still an option.

Nowadays, 3 or more kids hanging out together are now considered a gang so I understand why a lot don't.

I played with Barbies until about the age of 14. Yes that is kind of old to be playing with dolls, but my girlfriend and I would make up the most awesome soap operas with them!! We would make waterbeds for our Barbies out of baggies filled with water. We had all the action of a soap opera today, all the back stabbing, rapes, and love affairs, and adultery. It was fun.

We had a lot of woods around my neighborhood when I was a kid. We LOVED being outside. Forts, tree houses, tunnels and all that good stuff. We had a spaceship that was really just an old pile of logs. I remember the "radio microphone" was an old yo-yo tied to a nail on the "instrument panel". LOL

I mostly played outside. I was more of a tomboy growing up so outside was my domain. I didn't care for barbies.

Played with my barbie dolls, me and my cousins formed a rap group and we used to record tapes on my My First Sony and watch cartoons.

As a kid, I used to play with my Barbie Dolls and try to impersonate their image (the way they look)!

When i was two what i like to do was try and flush bars of soap down the toilet. From like 4 to 9 i played outside with my friends mostly.
