Who says you have to put them on their own island to stop paying welfare?
As far as seggregation goes, just leave people alone. People quite naturally move to live near people who are most like themselves.

i am not racist but i dont think black people are the ones with all the welfare i think its the mexicans....its one thing to fing come in this country but they dont know english whatsoever and they are taking jobs away from us...and there putting on shampoo bottles etc THEIR language HELLO its fenning america not mexico..if I went to THEIR country to live then I need to learn the language and not be on welfare

in a perfect world they should be dead.you can go to africa right now and see for your self how far they've come.any type of modern items they may have we've given to them, so in a way their taking welfare over there.Yet, Africa has the most by far untapped natural resources in the world but unless we feed them they starve.Read a book on Dr Albert Schwietzer and you'll see they are still the same
