You should have received a transfer transaction identification number. With that number you can inquire online and via phone if the funds are there and pending, or if they have already been picked up and claimed by someone. Western Union is a risky way to move funds unless you are the receiver. If you are the sender, you have little recourse at all.

You gotta keep on it. Call WesternU and complain. If they can't help you, demand to speak to a manager. If he or she does not help, ask to speak to the manager's manager. If the manager can't help you, call him/her over and over and over again until he/she can help you or get u on the phone w/ someone who can help you. Tell him/her that you are outraged and you are on the verge of calling your lawyer. Demand your money back and be sure to sound FIRM (but not so pissed off that they hang up on you.) Be sure you have all receipts and/or paperwork. Don't give up.
