im 8 months pregnant and i have some swelling on the top right side of my vagina i also have a bump on the right top side of my labia on the back part there are some purplish bumps i have went to the doctor and got tested it just showed up about a month ago i have never had and std before they dont hurt or itch is it just maybe from me being pregnant

its just varicous veins very common in the late stages of pregnancy dont worry

This is definately normal. They are veins that have busted or are being stretched getting ready for your labor. The veins will most likely go away but in some women they do stay after childbirth. These are more common with the more pregnancies you have had.

If you saw your doctor about it then I doubt there is anything wrong. I would also suggest that you go and get a second opinion from another doctor or OB. It could very well be from being pregnant.

know you can do two things. one gone to the doctor and see whats happing.two tell me if you have been takeing the right pill with the right food if so it just a sideaffect
