Sure, there are nice and mean people everywhere, but in many places, one of these types is more prevailing than the other. Take for instance, Nashville, Memphis, Texas, and Alabama: all are very friendly places.
What do you think? Is where you live now nice or mean? Would you stay or leave? Is there some other place that sticks out with you as being nice or mean? Would you live or avoid there, also?

The meanest are definitely in the State of New Jersey.

I think the nicest people are from the south. Most southerners are raised with a different set of values and morals than other states. I'm from Louisiana, and remember always being taught to respect people, until they proved to not deserve it. In other places maybe people are taught that respect is earned. I live in California now, and the people here are pretty nice.

Tampa is full of arogant people.I am from Nashville and people there tend to be nice.Birmingham,AL was the best place I ever lived.All the people there were so friendly and my neighbors were nice.No one but into my business and I felt relaxed.Arkasaw is where the meanest people live in my opinion.I would never live there!

Take a deep breath, inhale and exhale. You have to keep your strength with the little one you are carring and the other (3) three kids including your husband who is acting like one right now. Hubby is feeling the brunt of that income you had coming in that is not coming in. If you are comfortable with it and ONLY if you are comfortable with it maybe you can implement back into your schedule a kid or two gradually giving them notice it will be for however many months you feel comfortable with. This may take some of the strain off of Mr. you know who. All the best to you.

Virgina Beach, VA -- nicest, any where in NJ- mean, but southern Jersey is nicer than central and central is nicer the northern. I would leave now if I could. NY seems rather mean... I would avoid there.

here is one to chew on, if you go to a pagan function or ritual anywhere in america, the nicest people are the people inside having fun and sharing pagan pride. the meanest are always the christians outside the group holding satan worshipping signs

Well there is no place thats nice or mean because every place has crime there are people that do the crime and the people that do the crime you don't know if they are nice or not so I'm ging to tell you there is no place that has mean and nice people.

there are nice people in coventry,R.I, and all of rhode island, and in alabama! selma,selmont as well.....i lived there for a year, great people, very kind and the guys are sweet, honorable, and cute too!!!!! go alabama! go rhode island....lol
