Try things with ginger. I ate ginger biscuits and drank ginger tea.
It helped me and is safe in pregnancy.

Yuck! I remember doing that. Try mashed potatoes, thats what my Dr. told me. Stay away from the greasy foods and Orange juice. Fruits also worked for me. They do sell suckers and fruit pops especially for morning sickness and they come in all kinds of flavors ithink they are called mommy pops?. Im sure you could look it up on the web. If all else fails you could let your doctor know how much you are vomitting and he would most likely send you a prescription pill that melts under your tounge and it helps with nausia. ( I had to take these, they arnt really that bad.) Good luck things get better really soon!

Salads, maybe. Very bland foods like soup, and still nutritious, watch the sodium though.
Experiment w/different foods because it's usually something different for each time you are pregnant.
Sometimes you just have to struggle it out, it should get better around 4-6 months. Hang in there! :) your reward will be a miracle.

You should eat more Fruits, if you can't eat chicken, try fish but clean it properly with lime. Make a substitute, you need protien in your diet. For the upset tummy, try a club soda that all ways help.

Remember that filling up your stomach will only make it worse.
When I had morning sickness.. every day for 9 mos, I drank water and diet gingerale to calm my stomach.
There is also a prescription you can get from your dr. that is NOT harmful to your baby... its called DICLECTIN.
It is an anti nauseant drug for pregnant women.
If you don't want to take something like that.. try pasta .... cooked but only with butter, or cheese.. something mild...
Strong flavours and smells probably just make it worse.
Take care, good luck.

eat applesauce, bananas, dry toast, rice (this is the BRAT diet!)
Dont eat or drink dairy products or anything acidic. Sprite or 7up sometimes help but the sugar might just make things worse. Hang in there though!!! Congratulations on your pregnancy!

anything sour worked for me...lemonade. Try preggie pops. I think that they are available online. They are lollipops that have medicene in them for morning sickness. Suck on a few of these during the day, as well as trying to eat, and it should help. Good luck!

When I was pregnant I made alot of homemade custard and warm rice with milk and cinnamon and sugar which is great for all kinds of tummyaches, my ex-husband used to call it his hangover helper. (Too many hangovers made him an ex)
Try cinnamon gum too for mild queaziness right when it starts. It's really good for carsick too.
There is ginger gum too. Anything with ginger in it will help. I keep gingersnaps in the car for carsickness and candied ginger is an acquired taste, but it's good. Too much will give you heartburn though, so don't overdo it!
(Don't drink soda!! Phosphoric acid in soda robs your baby of calcium!)

Some rice, scrambled eggs if your nose can take it, spaghetti with just a mild sauce (could just be melted cheese and some veggies, that's nice), soup, oatmeal, stuff like that tummies usually like.
