How can u increase your flexibility??? Obcourse stretching but are there any certain way???

There are sometimes where I can actually do the slits but then some days I cant and I wanna know some better stretching advice.

Yoga is great for flexibility and strength........if your just stretching at home just remember not to bounce in a position.....you could possibly tear something.
The best thing is to find a position that you can really feel a stretch and hold it until you cant feel the stretch anymore........then push a little further and hold.....etc.

Try stretching every day.....and you'll be surprised the out come after a few weeks.

If all else fails try training with a gymnast or a dancer (we always have little trick of the trade) And we rely on our flexibility to do our sports properly.

Many yoga exercises are perfect.

You can also try aerobics.

go for salsa classes, they really teach u to shake every part of your body, and keep u fit, u'll b damn flexible. its tried and tested!

also, make sure you keep your muscles stretched with exercises as well and take in enough protien.
